Sales & Service Engineer
Job Summary
The Sales & Service Engineer is responsible for business development and providing technical solutions for crane and hoist systems. The role involves identifying new customers, conducting site visits, and managing the entire sales process from enquiry to deal closure. The position is based in Tuas and requires coordination with marketing to drive revenue growth.
Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new customers
- Conduct site visits and product demonstrations
- Negotiate and close sales deals
- Track sales data and market trends
Required Skills
- Nitec or Diploma qualification
- 1-2 years relevant experience
- Basic electrical and crane/hoist knowledge
- Singapore driving license preferred
Job Details
Job Responsibilities:
- Finding and securing new customers
- Attend to client enquiry, site visit, understand, communicate product value, provide solution, negotiating and close deal
- Track customer interactions and sales data, coordinate efforts with marketing and stay informed about market trends to drive revenue and achieve company growth
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Possess minimum Nitec/Diploma qualification with minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience
- Possess with electrical and crane/hoist basic knowledge will be added advantage
- Preferable possess Singapore driving license
Working hours:
- Monday to Friday (8am to 5pm), Saturday (8am to 12pm)
