About the Role We are looking for a hands-on HR & Administrative Executive to manage workforce administration, office operations, and company vehicle matters. This role suits someone organized, independent, and comfortable handling compliance-driven HR/work pass processes alongside day-to-day office administration. Key Responsibilities ● Manage full spectrum of work pass administration — applications, renewals, medical checkups, dormitory arrangements, and agent coordination ● Handle HR administration including PPE issuance, employment letters, payroll, insurance renewals, levy matters, and personnel records ● Oversee general office administration, including equipment upkeep, IT support, supplies, and course registrations ● Manage company vehicle administration, including renewals, records, and insurance claims ● Perform any ad-hoc tasks assigned Requirements ● Diploma or equivalent in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or related field ● Minimum 2 years' experience in HR/admin, preferably with exposure to MOM work pass processes (construction or marine sector experience a plus) ● Familiar with MOM portal, work pass application procedures, and related statutory requirements ● Proficient in Microsoft Office; basic IT troubleshooting skills an advantage ● Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities independently ● Good communication skills; able to liaise with agents, vendors, and government agencies
