Job Summary
Trust-Build Engineering & Construction is seeking an HR Executive to manage daily human resources operations, employee relations, and administration. The role involves handling the full employee lifecycle, ensuring compliance, and supporting staff across various HR matters. The ideal candidate brings at least 2 years of HR administration experience and strong organizational skills.

Job Details
Job Responsibilities
Employee Management: Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, including employment contracts, employee documentation, work pass applications/cancellations, medical check-ups and staff passes.
Employee Support: Handle and resolve employees’ HR-related enquiries, including leave and employment matters, in a timely and professional manner.
HR Administration & Records: Maintain accurate employee records and HR data, and ensure timely updates for compliance and reporting purposes.
HR Operations: Liaise with Payroll, site administrators and relevant stakeholders on employee-related matters, and provide general HR administrative support as required.
Job Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of HR administration experience.
HR experience in the Built Environment sector will be an advantage.
Strong organisational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
A collaborative team player with a proactive and responsible approach.
