Job Details
Your Key Responsibilities
- Support recruitment administration, including job postings, application tracking, interview scheduling, candidate communication and pre-employment documentation.
- Coordinate onboarding, orientation and offboarding; prepare employment letters and help ensure colleague transitions are timely and well organised.
- Maintain accurate and confidential colleague records, HR systems and documentation, with strong attention to data quality, deadlines and audit readiness.
- Provide administrative support for leave, attendance, payroll, benefits, statutory and work-eligibility processes; prepare basic reports and track follow-up actions.
- Respond to routine colleague enquiries with care and professionalism, escalating sensitive or complex matters appropriately.
- Coordinate learning, engagement, wellbeing, recognition and internal communication activities; support employer-branding and HR improvement projects.
- Handle personal data and sensitive information with discretion, following Hyatt standards and applicable Singapore requirements.
Your Profile
- A Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Hospitality/Tourism or a related discipline; fresh graduates are welcome.
- Relevant internship or early-career experience in HR, administration, hospitality or customer service is advantageous, together with a strong willingness to learn.
- Clear written and verbal communication, an approachable service mindset and the confidence to work with colleagues at all levels.
- Excellent organisation, follow-through and attention to detail, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced hotel environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint; comfortable learning HR systems and digital collaboration tools.
- A proactive, curious and collaborative approach; interest in employer branding, internal communications or social media is an advantage.
