HR Executive

Key Responsibilities Hiring & Onboarding - Manage end-to-end recruitment: job postings, screening, interview scheduling, offer letters - Coordinate onboarding for new hires (documentation, orientation, system access) - Maintain candidate pipeline and hiring trackers Payroll - Process monthly payroll accurately and on time via Payboy - Manage CPF contributions and leave records - Process employee claims via Xero - Liaise with Finance on payroll-related reconciliation HR Administration - Maintain employee records and HR systems - Draft and update employment contracts, letters, and internal documentation - Handle day-to-day employee queries (leave, benefits, policies) Compliance & Policy (execution level) - Ensure MOM regulations and work pass matters are followed correctly - Execute existing HR policies consistently - Flag compliance issues or policy gaps to management for decision Requirements - 1-3 years HR experience, ideally in SME or construction/trade-related industry - Working knowledge of Singapore employment law, CPF, and payroll processing - Proficient with Payboy (payroll) and Xero (claims processing); Excel proficiency required - Organized, detail-oriented, able to manage multiple hires/admin tasks simultaneously - Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on SME environment Nice to Have - Experience in construction, fabrication, or trades-based industries - Familiarity with work pass applications (S Pass, Work Permit) Start Date - Immediate — targeting fill within 2-4 weeks
