Management Trainee

Key Responsibilities: - Support day-to-day business activities in assigned functions (Sales or Supply Chain) - Assist in managing customer accounts and business development initiatives (Sales track) - Support operational coordination, process improvement, and service delivery (Supply Chain track) - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project execution - Assist in preparing proposals, reports, and basic data analysis - Participate in structured training and rotation to gain end-to-end understanding of the business Programme Structure: - Structured onboarding and local business exposure - Functional rotation across relevant departments - Project-based assignments to build practical experience - Potential short-term regional exposure (where applicable) Track Allocation: - Sales (Business Development) Track: Focus on customer engagement and business growth - Supply Chain Track: Focus on operations, coordination, and process optimisation - Assignment will be based on business needs and individual strengths Requirements: - Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any discipline - Candidates with strong learning ability and interest in business development or supply chain - Fresh graduates are welcome to apply - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Good learning attitude and adaptability - Ability to work in a dynamic environment
