HR & Marketing Executive
Job Summary
The HR & Marketing Executive will manage HR administration including MOM compliance, payroll, and office operations. Additionally, the role involves planning digital marketing campaigns, managing website content, and producing promotional materials. The candidate will support both departments to ensure organizational efficiency and brand growth.

Job Details
HR & Administration:
- Handle work pass applications, renewals, and MOM compliance
- Maintain employee records, leave management, and employment contracts
- Process monthly payroll and prepare finance reconciliation reports
- Oversee office operations, supplies, and pantry inventory
- Support employee enquiries, disciplinary matters, and staff wellbeing initiatives
- Assist in HR policy implementation and internal documentation
Marketing:
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media platforms
- Manage and update the company website (content, SEO, user experience)
- Produce marketing materials including EDMs, banners, and promotional content
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports with actionable insights
- Assist in events, roadshows, and brand-related activities
Requirements:
- Diploma or above in HR, Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Min. 2–3 years of relevant experience in HR and/or marketing
- Familiar with Singapore Employment Act and MOM regulations
- Proficient in CMS platforms (e.g. WordPress) and social media tools
- Strong communication skills; bilingual ability is an advantage
- Organised, proactive, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
