Job Summary

Game Reign is looking for an HR Executive to manage full-spectrum HR operations and administration at their new development centre in Singapore. The role involves handling end-to-end recruitment, employee lifecycle matters, statutory compliance, and office administration. The successful candidate will partner closely with the Shanghai HQ and support employee engagement initiatives.

Required Skills

  • Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business or related field
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant HR experience

  • Good communication and organisational skills
  • Experience in gaming or technology industry is a plus

Job Details

Job & Responsibilities: - Manage full spectrum of HR operations as the primary HR representative in Singapore. - Handle end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviews, offers and onboarding. - Manage employee lifecycle matters including employee records, leave, performance reviews, employee relations, benefits and offboarding. - Support statutory compliance, government surveys, CPF, work pass applications and other HR administration. - Partner with Shanghai HQ on recruitment and HR-related matters. - Organise employee engagement activities and support staff welfare initiatives. - Oversee office administration, procurement, insurance, licences, vendors and workplace matters. - Coordinate basic IT and equipment support, including laptop setup, user accounts and external IT vendors. - Provide general HR and administrative support and handle ad hoc duties as required. Qualifications, Skills & Preferences: - Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field. - Minimum 1 year of relevant HR experience. - Good communication and organisational skills with the ability to work independently. - Proficient in English and Mandarin Chinese as the role requires regular communication with China-based counterparts. - Experience in the gaming or technology industry is an advantage.
