Customer Service Executive

[Job ID: 1666423] Responsibilities - Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure a positive and seamless customer experience. - Manage incoming phone calls, emails, and customer enquiries, providing timely follow-up and resolution. - Coordinate and schedule appointments and service activities for the Customer Service Technical Team. - Generate and process service reports, quotations, and related documentation. - Monitor and follow up on pending and outstanding service cases to ensure timely closure. - Manage service centre operations, including appointment scheduling and inventory administration. - Handle general administrative duties, including office supplies and pantry inventory management. - Coordinate courier and delivery services across departments. - Maintain accurate customer and service records in CRM and internal systems. Requirements - Experience in a call centre or customer service environment. - Good verbal and written communication skills. - Experience handling customer enquiries and complaints through phone, email, or chat channels. - Proficiency in data entry and CRM systems. - Ability to learn and utilise internal software and service management tools.
