Agrochemical Sales Specialist
Job Summary
This role focuses on sales and trading activities to manage the regional commercial roadmap for high-value business lines in agrochemicals. Responsibilities include identifying and qualifying new customers, maintaining sales pipelines, and executing commercial negotiations. Candidates should have a degree in a relevant discipline and experience in technical sales within the agrochemical or specialty chemicals sector.

Required Skills
- Diploma or Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Business, or related discipline
- 3+ years in Technical Sales or business development within Ag-Tech or specialty chemicals

Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Business, or related discipline
- Experience: 3+ years in Technical Sales or business development within the Ag-Tech/Agrotech or specialty chemicals
- Scientific & Analytical Mindset: Demonstrates a deep commitment to evidence-based selling, with the ability to translate complex agronomic data into clear commercial value
- Expertise: Proven track record in product management and business development. Hunter Mindset to develop new business aggressively. Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with potential customers. Excellent research and prospecting skills to identify and qualify new leads
- Regional Asia market exposure will be an added advantage
- Proactive, hands-on, and comfortable working in a growing business environment
- Regional Traveling required. 40~50%
Remuneration Package: SGD 4000~6000 base + a performance-based Sales Incentive Plan (“SIP”), subject to achievement of agreed KPIs, sales targets, and other applicable conditions. Onsite working environment.
