Job Summary
HIROSE (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking an HR Executive to handle monthly payroll and overtime calculations for approximately 300 construction workers. The role involves managing work pass applications, leave records, and general HR administration while ensuring compliance with local employment regulations. The ideal candidate should possess a relevant diploma and at least 3 years of experience in HR and payroll.
Responsibilities
- Handle monthly payroll and overtime calculations for construction workers
- Manage work pass applications, renewals, and MOM-related matters
- Support workers' onboarding, offboarding, and leave management
- Prepare monthly workers' costing reports and maintain HR records
Required Skills
- Diploma in HR, Business Administration or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of HR and payroll experience
- Familiarity with MOM procedures and Singapore Employment Act
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word

Job Description :
Handle monthly payroll and overtime calculations for approximately 300 construction workers.
Check daily attendance and overtime records and resolve payroll discrepancies.
Prepare monthly workers’ costing reports and maintain accurate payroll records.
Manage workers’ leave applications, records and balances.
Coordinate workers’ training, course registration and certification renewals.
Handle work pass applications, renewals, cancellations and other MOM-related matters.
Support workers’ onboarding, offboarding and general HR administration.
Manage Work Injury Compensation (WIC) claim reporting and submission.
Handle IR21 tax clearance, air-ticket arrangements and workers’ repatriation.
Maintain accurate and confidential workers’ HR records.
Perform other HR and administrative duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years of relevant HR and payroll experience.
Experience handling construction workers, foreign worker administration or a large workforce is preferred.
Familiar with MOM work pass procedures, the Singapore Employment Act and relevant HR practices.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
Meticulous, organised and able to meet deadlines independently.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday – 9.00am to 5.30pm
