Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from manpower requisition to onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and recruitment priorities.
• Develop effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified local and foreign candidates.
• Advertise vacancies through various recruitment platforms, social media, job portals, and other sourcing channels.
• Source, screen, shortlist, and interview candidates using various recruitment methods.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and provide timely recruitment updates.
• Conduct reference checks and employment verification where required.
• Prepare and negotiate employment offers with selected candidates.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Monitor recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and hiring outcomes.
• Participate in career fairs, recruitment events, and employer branding initiatives to promote the Company's employment opportunities.
• Recommend and implement innovative recruitment initiatives to enhance hiring effectiveness and candidate experience.
Foreign Workforce Administration
• Process Work Permit, SPass, and Employment Pass applications, renewals, cancellations, and other MOM-related transactions.
• Coordinate pre-employment arrangements including medical examinations, travel bookings, airport transfers, onboarding, and dormitory accommodation.
• Liaise with government agencies, employment agencies, dormitory operators, and internal stakeholders to ensure compliance and smooth onboarding.
HR Administration
• Prepare employment contracts, confirmation letters, and other HR documentation.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
• Ensure employee information is updated in the HR Information System (HRIS).
• Support onboarding and orientation for new employees.
• Ensure compliance with the Employment Act, MOM regulations, and company HR policies.
• Assist in HR projects, employee engagement activities, and continuous process improvement initiatives.
• Perform any other HR duties and projects assigned by the Human Resource Manager.
Requirements
• Minimum NITEC, Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, or Human Resource.
• Experience recruiting for operations, logistics, engineering, warehouse, or manufacturing positions will be an advantage.
• Good knowledge of the Singapore Employment Act and MOM regulations relating to Work Passes.
• Familiarity with Work Permit, SPass, and Employment Pass application procedures.
• Strong interviewing, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to manage multiple recruitment assignments and meet hiring deadlines.
• Resourceful, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with Info-Tech HRMS or other HR Information Systems will be an added advantage.
