Job Summary

We are seeking an Operations Coordinator to join a Marine HR team for a leading international shipping company in Singapore. This entry-level position is ideal for fresh graduates or individuals with administrative experience who enjoy planning, organization, and people interaction. Responsibilities include coordinating briefing programs, supporting interviews, and managing general HR administration.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate monthly officer briefing programmes, including scheduling, logistics and accommodation
  • Liaise with vessel officers and internal stakeholders to ensure events run smoothly
  • Support interview scheduling and general Marine HR administration
  • Prepare reports, presentations and meeting materials
  • Assist with audits, projects and other team initiatives

Required Skills

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Maritime Studies or any field
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Detail-oriented, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities
