Job Summary

Position: HR Executive - Recruitment & Payroll located in Jurong West on a permanent basis. Working hours are Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm with a salary up to $4,200 monthly basic plus performance bonus and medical benefits. The role involves managing end-to-end recruitment, employee lifecycle support, and monthly payroll administration.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment activities
  • Prepare monthly payroll and verify attendance, leave, overtime
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Administer employee leave and medical claims
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems

Required Skills

  • Diploma in HR, Business Admin or related
  • At least 3 years of relevant HR experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Familiarity with HRIS or payroll systems
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

Position: HR Executive - Recruitment & Payroll Location: Jurong West Working hours: Monday to Friday (9am - 6pm) Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $4,200 Monthly Basic Salary + Performance Bonus + Medical Benefits Duration: Permanent Industry: Construction building materials Main Responsibilities: - Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including job postings, screening, interview coordination and onboarding. - Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes and maintain the required documentation. - Prepare monthly payroll and verify attendance, leave, overtime and timesheet information. - Administer employee leave, medical claims and other HR benefits. - Maintain accurate employee records, HR systems and confidential personnel files. - Prepare employment letters and other routine HR documentation. - Support HR reporting and other related HR administration as required. Requirements: - Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline. - At least 3 years of relevant HR experience, including hands-on recruitment, payroll administration and employee lifecycle support. - Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint. - Familiarity with HRIS or payroll systems would be advantageous. - Organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple HR deadlines accurately. - Able to handle confidential employee information professionally.
