Requirements:

- 5–8 years of experience in regional sales, business development, or channel management.
- Experience in B2B sales, partner management, or technical product solutions.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience within marine, industrial, automotive, or related sectors will be advantageous.
- Comfortable with regional travel as required.
