Job Summary

Globevisa Consultant Pte. Ltd. is seeking an HR Executive to manage the full recruitment cycle, handle work pass administration, and assist in payroll preparation. The successful candidate will maintain employee records, support employee relations, and coordinate the HR lifecycle for overseas sales consultants. Job Details

Job Description: Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new hires. Handle offboarding procedures professionally by conducting exit interviews, managing final settlements, and maintaining positive relationships with departing staff. Handle work pass administration, including application, issuance, and renewal. Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data such as attendance, leaves, and new hire information. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases. Work together with senior management to foster a positive work culture by handling employee queries, addressing grievances, and maintaining effective communication channels within the organization. Coordinate and manage the full HR lifecycle for overseas Sales Consultants and Partners, including onboarding, offboarding, documentation, employee support, and cross-border HR administration. Support other HR initiatives and perform ad-hoc admin duties as assigned. Requirements: Minimum a Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Hands-on experience in HR operations including recruitment, payroll, and employee relations. Excellent planning, organizational and coordination skills and a strong sense of professional integrity. Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration. Candidates with internship experience are encouraged to apply, including fresh graduates.
