HR Shared Services Executive
Job Summary
We are looking for an Employee Support & Advisory Executive to join the HR Shared Services team to support employee lifecycle administration. The successful candidate will ensure HR operations are delivered accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with local regulations and company policies. This is a 1-year contract position offering up to $4k based in Raffles Place.

Required Skills
- Diploma or Degree in HR, Business Administration or related field
- Prior experience in HR operations or shared services
- Knowledge of onboarding processes and employee records management
Job Details
Job Responsibilities
Provide professional HR operational support and ensure the timely execution of employee lifecycle activities.
Manage onboarding administration, including employee background screenings, preparation of employment documentation, employee declarations, and related onboarding processes.
Initiate post-employment screening checks and highlight discrepancies to the relevant HR Business Partners for follow-up.
Administer employee movement activities, including transfers, secondments, employment conversions, re-employment, and cessation of employment.
Support activities related to regulatory notification requirements for financial advisers where applicable.
Process work pass applications and renewals for employees and eligible dependants.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HR systems while ensuring good data management practices.
Ensure employee documents are properly stored and maintained in accordance with internal policies.
Respond to employee and stakeholder enquiries accurately and within agreed service levels.
Provide administrative support for ex-employee reference check requests.
Participate in HR projects and perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
Prior experience in HR operations, HR shared services, employee lifecycle administration, or HR administration is preferred.
Familiarity with onboarding processes, employee records management, and work pass administration will be an advantage.
