Job Summary
RECRUITFLASH PTE. LTD. is seeking a Business Development Manager / MNCs Logistic Sales Manager with expertise in freight forwarding, logistics, shipping, and transportation. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, achieving sales targets, and building strong client relationships. Responsibilities

Required Skills
- Diploma or degree in Sales, Logistics, or Supply Chain
- Min 2 years hunter sales experience in freight forwarding/logistics
- Strong understanding of supply chain solutions

Key Responsibilities:
• Identify, pursue and secure new business opportunities for Contract Logistics, Warehousing, Transportation and Freight Management services
• Achieve Sales Target and Revenue growth through developing new customers
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients, enhancing customer satisfaction
• Participate in identifying corporate sales planning and strategies
• Preparation and submission of proposals to customers
• Respond and follow-up on customers’ enquiries and requests
Requirements:
• A diploma or degree in Sales, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in hunter sales role, within the freight forwarding and logistics industry
• Strong understanding of freight forwarding / contract logistics / warehousing / transportation / and supply chain solutions
