Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Lead all change management-related projects, including CM tool deployments.
- Train site employees regarding CM (ECN, MCN, PCN).
- Conduct audits to ensure the proper and efficient execution of the CM Procedure.
- Improve site CM processes through standardization, optimization, and simplification.
- Ensure stakeholders effectively and efficiently execute the change management process.
Requirements:
- Engineering Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- 3-5 years of working experience in change management or a related field.
- 8 or more years of experience in an ECO Coordinator/Product Engineering function with MrP experience.
- Experience working with product specifications and customer documentation.
- Or an equivalent combination of education, training, or experience.
