Safety Health Officer
Job Summary
The client is seeking a Workplace Safety Health Officer to assist the Safety Manager in managing site safety, conducting inspections, and ensuring compliance with WSH requirements. The role involves investigating workplace incidents, preparing HSE reports, and conducting safety training. Candidates with relevant WSH qualifications, construction site experience, and knowledge of Singapore WSH requirements are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
- Assist Safety Manager in managing site safety and safety team
- Conduct site inspections, risk assessments and safety audits
- Implement Safe Work Procedures and ensure WSH compliance
- Investigate workplace incidents and recommend corrective actions
- Prepare HSE reports and statutory documents
- Conduct safety training and awareness activities
- Liaise with relevant authorities on WSH matters
- Manage subcontractors and ensure safe work practices
Required Skills
- Relevant WSH/Safety qualification
- Relevant construction site experience
- Good knowledge of Singapore WSH requirements
- Good communication and reporting skills
- LTA project experience is an advantage
