JOB RESPONSBILITIES:
- Oversee technical support.
- Conduct equipment/process qualifications as needed.
- Perform daily checks on machine performance/operating parameter and quality of product.
- Troubleshoot machine issues, implement remedies and follow up action.
- Report and document major product failures.
- Ensure timely preventive maintenance.
- Monitor calibration and servicing schedules.
- Maintain machine efficiency and reject rate as per system.
- Coordinate with production team on schedules, improvements, audits, and stock takes.
- Liaise with supplier on all technical purchase.
- Assist Engineers on all related responsibilities.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is preferred.
- Possess technical troubleshooting skill.
- Work in cleanroom environment (Required to wear cleanroom uniform).
