We are looking for an HR Administration Assistant to support the day-to-day HR administrative activities of the Company. The role will assist with employee records, HR documentation, onboarding, work pass administration and other HR-related matters. This is a hands-on role suitable for candidates who are interested in developing their career in Human Resources, and fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

About the Role We are looking for an HR Administration Assistant to support the day-to-day HR administrative activities of the Company. The role will assist with employee records, HR documentation, onboarding, work pass administration and other HR-related matters. Key Responsibilities - Provide day-to-day HR administrative support to the HR team. - Maintain and update employee records, HR databases and P-Files. - Prepare employment contracts, HR letters and other HR-related documents. - Assist with Work Permit, Employment Pass and S Pass applications, renewals and cancellations. - Monitor work pass expiry dates and assist with timely renewals and submissions. - Assist with employee onboarding, orientation and offboarding arrangements. - Ensure required employee documents and forms are properly completed and maintained. - Assist with leave, attendance and other employee-related HR administration. - Liaise with employees and relevant departments on HR administrative matters. - Assist in maintaining accurate HR records and preparing basic HR reports. - Provide administrative support for recruitment activities, including interview scheduling and candidate documentation. - Assist with HR events, projects and other ad hoc duties assigned by the HR Manager/HOD. Key Requirements - Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline. - Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. - Candidates with prior HR administrative experience will have an added advantage. - Good attention to detail and strong organisational skills. - Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel. - Good communication and interpersonal skills. - Able to handle confidential employee information with discretion.
