IT Project Manager

Job Responsibilities: · Responsible for overall coordination, status reporting and project execution · Establishes and implements project management processes and methodologies to ensure that the project is delivered on time and within budget, adheres to high quality standards and meets user expectations · Plans out the blueprints for the project, including defining the scope, allocating resources, setting deadlines, laying out communication strategies, and defining testing strategy · Assemble and leads the project team by directing and monitoring work efforts on a daily basis, identifying resource needs, performing quality review; and escalating functional, quality, timeline issues appropriately · Creates the project budget and ensures the project adheres to the budget as closely as possible · Oversees consistent testing, evaluation, and troubleshooting of all products in all stages of completion · Tracks key project milestones and adjusts project plan and/or resources to meet the needs of internal customers · Coordinates communication with all stakeholders on project scope, budget, schedule and risks Qualifications: · Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or other related field · Project Management certification or successful completion of a recognized project management curriculum is required · At least 10 years IT work experience, with at least 7 years in managing projects · Experience with implementation of SaaS Procurement Software · Must possess knowledge and expertise in the use of project management methodologies and tools, resource management practices and change management techniques · Experience in working with many stakeholders from different teams (business users, infrastructure, risk management, etc.) · Good leadership, decision-making, and organization skills · Excellent communication and collaboration skills · Ability to quickly pick up and undertake necessary steps to fulfil internal procedures/processes in accordance with compliance and governance framework · Experience in Financial and Banking industry preferred · Certification such as PMP, CISSP, CISM, or similar is highly desirable.
