Contract Duration: 9 Months Working Hours: Monday to Friday, standard office hours Industry: Banking Industry - Private banking/ Treasure About the Role Our client, a leading bank in Singapore, is looking for an experienced Marketing Executive to lead regional and local brand campaigns, wealth planning marketing initiatives, and campaign budget management. This role involves close collaboration with internal stakeholders, creative and media agencies, and markets across Asia. Key Responsibilities - Manage regional brand campaigns and creative adaptations across multiple Asian markets, including localisation for websites, EDMs, digital display, social media and video assets. - Ensure compliance with brand guidelines across all markets, and maintain brand toolkits, campaign assets and corporate identity guidelines. - Lead planning and execution of Singapore marketing campaigns across paid, owned and earned channels, including strategy, target audience plans, KPIs, timelines and budgets. - Manage campaign creatives, landing pages, EDMs, social content, digital advertising and client communications, coordinating with creative, media and production agencies. - Support the development and delivery of wealth planning publications, including content production, research coordination, vendor engagement, translations and launches. - Drive amplification campaigns across digital, social, publisher and owned platforms, and coordinate localisation across markets and languages. - Monitor and analyse campaign performance across markets and channels, and develop regular reports and management presentations. - Provide performance insights and campaign optimisation recommendations, and support brand health and effectiveness tracking. - Manage campaign budgets from planning through reconciliation, including spend tracking, forecasts and vendor procurement. - Create purchase requisitions and purchase orders, review invoices, and support payment processing in line with governance requirements. - Work closely with Finance, Procurement, Risk, Legal & Compliance and external vendors to ensure governance requirements are met. Requirements - Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related discipline. - Minimum 5 to 8 years of experience in marketing, brand management, campaign management or integrated communications. - Experience managing regional marketing campaigns across multiple markets. - Experience in financial services, wealth management, private banking or luxury/premium brands is advantageous. - Proven experience working with creative and media agencies. - Experience managing budgets, procurement processes and vendor relationships. - Strong campaign management and project management skills. - Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities. - Strong writing, content development and presentation skills. - Experience across digital marketing channels, including websites, EDMs, social media, display advertising and paid media. - Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret campaign performance data and provide actionable recommendations. - Familiarity with marketing reporting tools, campaign tracking and analytics platforms.
