The role involves managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including candidate screening and client business development. Job Details
Job Duties:
- Conduct interviews for candidates and screening for clients by identifying and securing the best-fit candidates.
- Identifying and initiating potential key accounts.
- Business development of current and new clients; ie sales appointments, telemarketing in our Healthcare & Life science Division.
- Build up and maintain rapport with corporate clients.
- Achieve monthly targets and quota.
