HR Executive
Job Summary
We are looking for a hands-on HR Executive to support the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, payroll, performance management, employee relations, and general HR administration. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of relevant experience and a solid understanding of Singapore employment regulations. This role is based in the Bendemeer/Kallang area with standard Monday to Friday working hours.
Responsibilities
- Manage full recruitment cycle and candidate sourcing
- Process monthly payroll and handle statutory compliance (CPF, tax filings)
- Support HR business partnering and employee relations
- Maintain HR documentation and general administration
Required Skills
- Diploma in any discipline
- At least 2 years of HR, recruitment, and payroll experience
- Knowledge of Singapore employment legislation and CPF
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

About the Role

Responsibilities
HR Business Partnering & Employee Relations
• Serve as the main HR contact for department heads regarding manpower and staffing needs.
• Support manpower planning and align HR initiatives with business requirements.
• Guide managers through performance appraisals, goal setting and evaluation discussions.
• Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters and general staff concerns professionally.
Recruitment
• Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job advertisements, résumé screening, shortlisting and interview coordination.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media and government-supported employment platforms.
• Explore alternative recruitment channels, including career fairs, networking events and digital employer branding.
Payroll & Statutory Compliance
• Process monthly payroll accurately and on time in accordance with Singapore employment regulations.
• Calculate and verify incentives, commissions, allowances and overtime claims.
• Ensure timely CPF contributions, IR21 and IR8A tax filings, and government-paid leave claims.
General Administration
• Maintain accurate HR documentation and employee records.
• Perform general administrative duties and other ad hoc tasks assigned by management.
Requirements
• Diploma in any discipline.
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience in employee management, recruitment and payroll processing.
• Knowledge of Singapore employment legislation, CPF and statutory submissions.
• Organised, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Outgoing personality with strong interpersonal skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
