Job Summary
A leading public healthcare organisation is seeking an experienced Senior Physiotherapist to join its Community Health team. The role involves conducting comprehensive physiotherapy assessments, developing individualised treatment plans, and providing services through home visits and community-based programmes. The successful candidate will also collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, supervise junior staff, and support community health initiatives.
Responsibilities

Required Skills
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Physiotherapy
- Full Registration with AHPC Singapore with valid Practising Certificate
- Min. 3 years of relevant physiotherapy experience

Working Hours: Mondays –Thursdays, 8:00am – 5:30pm; Fridays, 8:00am – 5:00pm

Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive physiotherapy assessments to understand patients’ physical, functional and environmental needs
- Develop and implement individualised, evidence-based treatment plans to support patients’ recovery and independence
- Set therapy goals with patients and caregivers, and monitor progress using appropriate outcome measures
- Provide physiotherapy services through home visits and community-based programmes
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, community partners and caregivers to deliver holistic patient care
- Supervise and mentor junior physiotherapists and Allied Health students
- Support education, training, quality improvement and research initiatives
- Contribute to service planning and interdisciplinary projects where required
- Travel independently within the community to conduct patient visits and support community health programmes
Job Requirements:
- Recognised Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Physiotherapy
- Full Registration with the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC), Singapore, with a valid Practising Certificate
- Min. 3 years of relevant physiotherapy experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage patients, caregivers and community partners
- Passionate about delivering compassionate, patient-centred care
