Customer Service Coordinator
Job Summary
The Customer Service Coordinator will manage incoming customer inquiries, coordinate service requests with technicians using the CRM system, and handle operations administration tasks including record maintenance and contract management. The ideal candidate must possess strong organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Working hours are Monday to Friday from 8.30 AM to 5.30 PM.

Key Responsibilities:
Service Coordination & Customer Support
- Handle incoming customer enquiries via phone calls and emails professionally and promptly.
- Coordinate and assign service requests to technicians using the company's CRM system.
- Monitor service cases and follow up on escalated issues to ensure timely resolution.
- Liaise with customers, contractors, and internal stakeholders to facilitate smooth service operations.
Operations Administration
- Maintain and update service-related information, including meter readings, customer records, and service contracts.
- Process service job closures and ensure installation and maintenance records are accurately documented.
- Coordinate and schedule new equipment installations and service appointments.
- Manage service contract administration, including monitoring contract expiry dates and issuing renewal notifications.
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of all service-related records and supporting documents.
- Prepare operational and management reports as required.
- Support ad hoc projects and administrative duties assigned by management.
Requirements
- Minimum GCE 'O' Level qualification or equivalent.
- Prior experience in service coordination, customer service, or sales administration is preferred.
- Knowledge of SAP or ERP systems will be an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including functions such as VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.
- Strong organisational, administrative, and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced and customer-oriented environment.
