Job Summary

Our client is looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team. Responsibilities include preparing tenders, reviewing contracts, and managing project costs. Candidates with a Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit tenders, quotations, and cost estimates
• Review contracts, purchase orders, and subcontract agreements
• Prepare variation orders, monthly progress claims, and payment follow-ups
• Support procurement by evaluating supplier and subcontractor quotations
• Maintain project cost records and provide commercial support to project teams

Required Skills

• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field
• Able to communicate in English and Mandarin
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Detail-oriented and able to work independently
