Job Scope
- Promote healthcare, pharmaceutical, and consumer healthcare products to retail shoppers.
- Engage customers proactively, understand their health needs, and recommend appropriate products.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Demonstrate strong product knowledge, explaining features, benefits, and usage clearly.
- Support marketing activations, product launches, roadshows, and sampling events.
- Monitor stock levels at assigned outlets and coordinate replenishment to prevent stockouts.
- Gather shopper feedback, observe market trends, and submit regular sales updates.
Key Requirements
- Experience promoting in major retail pharmacies (e.g., Guardian, Watson’s) is an advantage.
- Entry level is welcome to apply. On job training will be provided.
