Compliance Administrator
Job Summary
We are seeking a Corporate and Compliance Administrator to manage entity details, contracts, and compliance operations. The ideal candidate will handle KYC documentation, corporate bank account openings, and liaise with various external service providers. This role requires 3-5 years of relevant experience in operations or administration along with strong organizational skills.

Job Details
Key Responsibilities
Fill in entity/party details, route for signature via DocuSign, and track to completion.
Maintain the contract register, group entities register/documents and company virtual drive with version control across Atlas entities.
Liaise with corporate secretaries, government agencies, banks, and counterparties on operations/admin matters .
Help with license applications, basic company documents, filings, and export-control/sanctions and KYC records, screening logs, and due diligence (training provided).
Manage legal/compliance mailboxes, calendar key deadlines, and assemble document packs.
Handle KYC documentation and corporate bank account opening across multiple banks and jurisdictions
Liaise with banks, lawyers, corporate secretaries, and external service providers
Prepare and process payment instructions and assist with finance administration
Maintain and organise corporate documents, contracts, and records
Assist with FATCA, CRS classification, and compliance-related queries
Support preparation of board resolutions, agreements, and legal documents
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
3-5 years of relevant experience in operations, administration, coordination, or office support roles.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to work independently while maintaining effective teamwork.
Professional, responsible, and proactive attitude.
Experience using electronic signature platforms such as DocuSign or Adobe Sign.
Basic knowledge of finance and accounting processes, including invoices, payments, expense claims, and supporting financial documentation, will be an advantage.
