Job Summary
The Lead Architect designs and develops SAP S/4HANA Finance roadmaps and implementation plans for complex, large-scale programs. This role facilitates business requirement solutioning, manages exceptions, and provides strategic technology recommendations to senior management. The position requires deep expertise in SAP Finance modules and cross-functional integration to ensure alignment with organizational business goals.

Responsibilities:
- Understand business needs and vision, articulating technology roadmaps within the finance domain.
- Define and articulate solutions for projects, including business, application, data, and infrastructure impacts.
- Play a key role in defining Scalable Enterprise Architecture and Engineering guidelines.
- Orchestrate and deliver solutions for SAP AP, AR, and CO within the SAP S/4HANA Finance domain.
- Drive end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process design.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, credit controls, accounting standards, and company policies.
- Identify opportunities to automate finance processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Lead functional workstreams in SAP S/4HANA implementations, rollouts, and transformation programs.
- Conduct and mentor workshops to gather and analyze business requirements.
- Translate requirements into functional design and configuration specifications.
- Orchestrate solutions across FI, MM, SD, PP, QM to ensure end-to-end integration.
- Design and review functional specifications for RICEFW objects.
Technical Expertise Requirements:
- Drive and lead SAP S/4HANA Finance-related key processes (Account Payable, Account Receivable, Controlling).
- Manage O2C and P2P lifecycle processes, including Make to Order/Stock.
- Expertise in Customer invoicing, collections, credit management, SAP FSCM, and SAP Fiori.
- Proficient in Cash application automation, AI-based matching, Asset Accounting, REFX, Fund, and Grant Management.
Role Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related discipline.
- Minimum 15 years of SAP experience, with at least 7 years in S/4HANA solutions.
- SAP certification in FI or S/4HANA Finance.
- Experience with cloud-based SAP deployments (e.g., RISE with SAP) and full lifecycle implementations.
- Completed at least 5 end-to-end full lifecycle projects, with at least 3 being S/4HANA projects.
- Over 7 years of team lead experience, managing at least 10 team members.
- Experience with projects involving at least 30 company codes and/or plants.
- Singapore Citizen or PR status required.
