Sales Manager
Job Summary
We are seeking a Sales Manager to manage the India Team and drive business development within the electronic components and semiconductor industry. The role involves managing existing clients, identifying new opportunities, handling RFQs and negotiations, and coordinating project activities. Candidates should have at least 5 years of relevant experience and be willing to travel overseas frequently.
Responsibilities
- Manage India Team and customer relationships
- Handle RFQs, quotations, contracts, and negotiations
- Coordinate project activities, order fulfilment, and inventory
- Drive cost reduction and handle escalations
Required Skills
- Minimum 5 years in Semiconductors, Trading or Distributors
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Willingness to travel overseas frequently
Job Details
Working location: MacPherson area
Working day: Monday to Friday
Working hours: 9am to 6pm
Job Responsibilities:
- To manage India Team
- Manage existing customer and develop new potential opportunities through building and promoting strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
- Responsible to manage customer RFQ, check/buy off quotation for submission
- Ability to handle all the enquiries and negotiation with customer
- Responsible to perform Sales Contract/ Manufacturing Service Agreement reviews and negotiation
- Liaise and coordinate with customers and other departments pertaining to project activities and order fulfilment
- Lead team especially India team to fulfil customer escalations/reschedule
- Manage product inventory
- Drive cost reduction by working with internal functions
Job Requirements:
- Preferably minimum 5 years working experience in Semiconductors, Trading or Distributors
- Willing to travel overseas frequently to meet customers or suppliers
