Job Details

Job Responsibilities Review, validate, and process funding requests, claims, and supporting documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with program guidelines. Manage end-to-end tracking of funding programs, including follow-up on approvals, agreements, claims, and partner submissions. Monitor fund utilization against approved budgets, identify discrepancies, and escalate issues where necessary. Maintain trackers, databases, and operational records while ensuring timely and accurate reporting. Conduct data validation and reconciliation activities to ensure funding records and system data remain accurate and up to date. Prepare periodic reports on funding utilization, claims status, accruals, and program performance. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, finance teams, and external partners to resolve operational issues and support funding-related queries. Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and operational excellence projects to enhance efficiency and reporting accuracy. Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Sales Operations, or a related field. Minimum 1-3 years of experience in operations, sales support, finance operations, program management, or a related function. Strong analytical skills with experience in data validation, reporting, reconciliation, and tracking activities. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data analysis) and familiarity with Power BI or similar reporting tools. Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high levels of data accuracy and quality. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams. Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently in a fast-paced environment. Proactive team player with strong problem-solving skills and a continuous improvement mindset.
