Finance Manager
Job Summary
We are seeking a Finance Manager to oversee financial operations for our Whitelabel SaaS Fintech business. The role requires initial training in Kuala Lumpur followed by relocation to Japan. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-border teams including China operations.
Responsibilities
- Manage financial operations (reporting, budgeting, forecasting)
- Oversee financial controls and risk management
- Coordinate financial planning with Japan & China teams
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
Required Skills
- Fluent in Chinese and English
- Finance or Accounting experience
- Fintech/SaaS/Web3 industry knowledge
- Analytical and stakeholder management skills
Job Details
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full spectrum of financial operations (reporting, budgeting, forecasting)
- Oversee financial controls, compliance, and risk management
- Work closely with management on financial planning and business strategy
- Coordinate with cross-border teams (Japan & China) on financial matters
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
Requirements:
- Fluent in Chinese and English (spoken & written)
- Proven experience in finance, accounting, or related roles
- Experience in Fintech, SaaS, or Web3 environments is preferred
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to relocate and be based in Japan
