FP&A Lead
Job Summary
We are seeking a seasoned FP&A Manager to lead regional financial planning and analysis for a leading consumer services group. This is a strategic role with high visibility, responsible for driving financial performance, managing planning cycles, and delivering business-critical insights across the organization. You will play a vital role in monthly close, budgeting & forecasting, investment analysis, and leading transformation initiatives including digital finance and ERP projects.
Responsibilities
- Lead monthly management reporting and variance analysis.
- Lead annual budget and monthly forecast processes.
- Develop and analyze budget/forecast proposals for management.
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis for strategic decisions.
- Maintain robust financial controls and compliance frameworks.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting with CA/CPA certification
- Minimum 15 years of experience in an MNC environment
- Proven experience in FP&A and financial modelling
- Strong stakeholder engagement and leadership skills
- Exceptional analytical, communication, and presentation skills
Job Details
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead monthly management reporting and variance analysis.

- Develop and analyze budget/forecast proposals, delivering insights for management and board-level reviews.
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support strategic decisions, investment/divestment activities, and accounting treatment simulations.
- Maintain robust financial controls and compliance frameworks to ensure accurate, accountable reporting across all cost centres.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline, professional certification (CA/CPA) required.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in an MNC environment, with team leadership experience.
- Proven experience in FP&A, financial modelling, and business performance management.
- Demonstrated ability to engage and influence senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Exceptional analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
