Job Overview We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Admin & Accounts Executive to support the company's daily accounting, administrative, and HR operations. Key Responsibilities Accounting - Manage daily accounting activities, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL). - Prepare customer invoices and maintain accurate accounting records. - Monitor outstanding receivables and follow up on overdue payments. - Handle petty cash, staff reimbursements, and ensure proper documentation of financial transactions. - Assist with month-end closing activities and the preparation of financial reports. Administration - Provide general administrative support to ensure efficient office operations. - Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and general enquiries in a professional manner. - Maintain proper filing systems and ensure records are organized and up to date. - Support day-to-day office administration and perform ad hoc duties as assigned. HR Support - Assist with payroll administration and leave management. - Maintain employee records and HR documentation. - Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes. Requirements - Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline. - Experience in both accounting and administrative functions. - Basic knowledge of payroll processing and HR administration is an advantage. - Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and accounting software. - Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail. - Able to work independently while managing multiple priorities. - Good interpersonal and communication skills with a positive and proactive attitude.
