Reporting to senior management, the Corporate HR Manager will run the HR function for the holding company and coordinate HR practices across subsidiaries in Singapore, Taiwan, China, and Malaysia. Full-Time | Corporate Headquarters | Semiconductor Industry The Role Reporting to senior management, the Corporate HR Manager will run the HR function for the holding company and coordinate HR practices with our subsidiaries in Singapore, Taiwan, China and Malaysia. This is a hands-on generalist role, well suited to an experienced HR professional who enjoys working across a multi-entity, multi-country environment and wants ownership of how HR is run, without needing a large team around them to get things done. Key Responsibilities HR Operations & Policy • Manage day-to-day HR operations for the holding company, and coordinate with subsidiary HR contacts in Taiwan, China and Malaysia to keep practices reasonably aligned. • Maintain and refine HR policies and SOPs, ensuring they stay compliant with local labour law in each jurisdiction. • Support headcount planning and budgeting together with department heads. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding • Manage full-cycle recruitment for corporate, technical and operations roles. • Run onboarding for new hires so they ramp up quickly. • Support employer branding efforts (job postings, careers page, agency and channel relationships). Compensation, Benefits & Payroll • Administer compensation and benefits, and periodically benchmark against the market. • Oversee payroll accuracy and statutory compliance (e.g. CPF and equivalent contributions) across the group's jurisdictions, working with payroll vendors/finance where relevant. • Support any employee incentive scheme administration as the company introduces or grows these programmes. Performance & People Development • Coordinate the annual performance review cycle. • Identify training needs and organise learning & development activities. • Drive employee engagement initiatives to support culture and retention. Compliance & HR Administration • Keep HR practices compliant with employment legislation across Singapore, Taiwan, China and Malaysia, engaging local advisors where needed. • Maintain accurate HR records and produce people-related reports for management. • Take on ad hoc HR projects as the group grows. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience. • At least 3 years of progressive HR experience, with 1–2 years in an HR management or business-partner capacity. • Experience in the semiconductor, electronics, technology or high-growth manufacturing sector is strongly preferred. • Exposure to HR across multiple entities or countries is an advantage. • Working knowledge of employment legislation and payroll practices in Singapore; familiarity with Taiwan, China or Malaysia is a bonus. • Excellent stakeholder-management, communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at senior levels. • Resilient, adaptable and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
