Key Responsibilities
- Manage HR administration including onboarding, offboarding, employee records, work pass renewals, medicals, training, accommodation, and transportation.
- Monitor attendance, leave, overtime, and manpower records, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
- Coordinate with headquarter on HR, payroll, recruitment, and administrative matters to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain HR and administrative documentation in compliance with MOM regulations and company policies.
- Oversee daily site office administration, including filing, office supplies, and general administrative support.
- Liaise with government agencies, vendors, and internal stakeholders on HR and administrative matters.
- Coordinate company vehicles, accommodation arrangements, and employee welfare initiatives.
- Support recruitment, new employee onboarding, and other HR and administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Diploma or equivalent qualification in Human Resource, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- At least 2 years of HR and administrative experience, preferably in a worksite or construction environment.
- Familiar with MOM regulations and foreign worker administration.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Organised, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
