Community Dietitian
Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate dietitian to join the SingHealth Regional Health System. The role focuses on delivering dietetic services, developing community nutrition programmes, and collaborating with healthcare professionals. You will support national health initiatives while providing personalized nutrition care to patients and community residents.

Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Delivering personalised nutrition care and education to patients in community hospitals and residents in the community
- Participating in team-based care delivery
- Designing and conducting community health workshops and outreach programmes
- Creating self-management resources for residents
- Implementing digital-first nutrition care through virtual consultations and digital empowerment
- Contributing to population health research and quality improvement initiatives
- Working closely with primary care providers, community nurses, and other health professionals in the community
- Supporting community initiatives implementation within SingHealth Regional Health System
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Dietetics or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience
- Community nutrition / population heath experiences preferred
- Strong interpersonal and public speaking skills
- Fluency in multiple languages preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint preferred. Familiarity with Canva and video editing software is advantageous.
