SME Product Engineer
Job Summary
The SME Product Engineer serves as a technical expert and change manager, overseeing process improvements and system deployments. The role involves leading change management projects, training site employees on procedures like ECN, MCN, and PCN, and conducting audits. Additionally, the position focuses on the standardization, optimization, and simplification of site processes to ensure efficient execution.

Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Lead all change management-related projects, including CM tool deployments.
- Train site employees on CM procedures such as ECN (Engineering Change Notice), MCN (Manufacturing Change Notice), and PCN (Product Change Notice).
- Conduct audits to ensure the proper and efficient execution of the CM procedure and improve site CM processes.
- Ensure stakeholders effectively and efficiently execute the change management process through standardization, optimization, and simplification.
Requirements:
- Engineering Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- 3-5 years of working experience in change management or a related field.
- 8 or more years of experience in an ECO Coordinator/Product Engineering function with MRP experience.
- Must have experience working with product specifications and customer documentation.
- An equivalent combination of education, training, or experience will be considered.
