Job Details
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with installing and configuring Samsung SmartThings devices and applications.

- Handle customer inquiries with professionalism, empathy, and clear communication.

Qualifications:
- Diploma or equivalent in IT, Electronics, or related field preferred.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Basic technical knowledge of smart home devices, mobile apps, and Wi-Fi connectivity.
- Ability to explain technical concepts in simple, customer-friendly language.
- Prior experience in customer support, technical assistance, or field service is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel to customer locations as required.
