The Associate/Senior Associate will support Managers and leadership in executing projects within the Corporate Advisory, Financial Management, and Corporate Support divisions. This role involves working on diverse assignments across the region, focusing on impactful business solutions and strategy. Candidates will contribute to a fast-growing, remote-first team environment.
Responsibilities

Required Skills
- Degree/Diploma in Finance or Accounting
- 3+ years Big 4 experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Aptitude for AI business tools
- Ability to travel for work
Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Support Managers and leadership team in executing projects and jobs in Corporate Advisory, Financial Management, and Corporate Support division.
- Handle a range of assignments in corporate advisory and financial management.
- Participate in corporate thought leadership and business strategy.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of finance and accounting functions for enterprises.
Candidate Attributes:
- Degree/Diploma in Finance & Accounting or currently pursuing professional Accounting qualification leading to CPA, CA.
- At ease with figures and data.
- Detail-oriented, highly analytical, independent and has excellent problem-solving skills.
- Creative and willing to challenge status quo.
- Thrive in fast-paced, fluid environment.
- Excellent communicator.
- Digitally agile, with a strong aptitude for adopting and applying AI tools to solve business problems.
- At minimum, 3 years of relevant working experience with a Big 4.
- Work travel is a must.
