Junior Finance Analyst

Responsibilities: - Consolidate and analyse weekly financial outlooks and actual results, providing clear variance analysis, insights, and mitigation actions. - Perform quarterly budgeting and forecasting processes, including assumptions alignment with business partners. - Organize month-end close activities and ensure timely and accurate financial reporting. - Coordinate and execute inventory costing & fixed asset activities. - Support compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and SOX requirements. - Monitor and manage operational spending, identifying cost risks & opportunities, and enable timely & relevant decision making through data-driven analysis. - Drive finance process improvements, including the use of software, automation, and analytics tools. - Support ad-hoc financial analysis and cross-functional initiatives as assigned. Required Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. - At least 2 years of accounting and/or finance experience preferred (Entry-level candidates with strong analytical aptitude are welcome to apply). - Strong accounting and analytical skills. - Good business acumen with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. - Effective communication and interpersonal skills. - Team player who is flexible, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities.
