Job Responsibilities
- Assist with food preparation, cooking and plating according to recipes and standards.
- Ensure food quality, taste, presentation and portion consistency.
- Prepare ingredients and workstations before service.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and storage areas.
- Monitor ingredients and inform the supervisor when stock is low.
- Minimise food wastage and follow proper portion control.
- Assist with kitchen opening, closing and cleaning duties.
- Work closely with the kitchen and service teams for smooth operations.
- Assist with stocktaking, deliveries and other kitchen duties when required.
Job Requirements
