Job Summary

A well-established real estate group is seeking an Assistant Finance Manager to join its Singapore finance team. The role supports the full spectrum of finance activities including financial reporting, accounting, treasury, and tax matters. The successful candidate will work closely with internal and external stakeholders across multiple jurisdictions.

Job Details

Key Responsibilities - Manage bookkeeping, month-end closing and consolidation activities. - Support quarterly and annual financial reporting in accordance with regulatory requirements. - Prepare financial information and reporting packs for lenders and other stakeholders. - Assist with treasury matters, including loan administration, cash-flow monitoring and hedging activities. - Support tax computations and statutory filings, including corporate tax, GST and withholding tax. - Coordinate with external tax advisors, auditors and other professional service providers. - Prepare and support quarterly management/board reporting. - Liaise with trustees, legal advisors, corporate secretarial teams and other relevant stakeholders on corporate resolutions and filings. - Support regulatory, statutory and ad-hoc financial reporting requirements. - Contribute to process improvements and other finance-related projects as required. Requirements - Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline. - Professional qualification such as ACCA, CPA or equivalent. - Relevant experience in REITs, real estate, investment management or property-related businesses would be advantageous. - Strong technical accounting and financial reporting experience, preferably with consolidation exposure. - Familiarity with Singapore regulatory and statutory reporting requirements. - Good communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across different functions and jurisdictions.
