Job Summary

Our client is seeking an experienced IT Operations & Infrastructure Engineer to manage and strengthen their IT infrastructure, networks, endpoints, cloud platforms, and identity management. This is a hands-on role involving daily IT support, security administration, cloud troubleshooting, and infrastructure automation. The ideal candidate brings solid enterprise IT experience, networking knowledge, and familiarity with modern cloud and DevOps tools.

Job Details

Key Responsibilities - Provide day-to-day IT support, managing enterprise applications, equipment and IT assets - Manage and optimise office networks, including Wi-Fi, firewalls, switches, routers and network segmentation - Manage MDM and endpoint security, including device enrolment, configuration, applications, encryption and security policies - Administer identity and access management, including SSO, MFA, onboarding/offboarding and access reviews - Support IT security, data protection, compliance and internal controls - Monitor and troubleshoot cloud platforms, business systems and Linux servers - Support CI/CD, GitOps and infrastructure automation to improve operational efficiency and reliability - Drive IT process improvements and contribute to a secure, scalable technical environment Requirements - Solid experience in enterprise IT / systems operations, with strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills - Hands-on experience with enterprise networking, including Wi-Fi, firewalls, switches, routers and network segmentation - Experience with Windows, macOS and MDM platforms - Knowledge of endpoint security, device access control and DLP - Experience with Google Workspace, SaaS applications, SSO and MFA - Working knowledge of Linux, Docker/Kubernetes, virtualisation and at least one major cloud platform (AWS/Azure/GCP) - Familiarity with CI/CD and Git workflows - Scripting/automation skills using Shell, Python or similar are a plus - Experience with production cloud operations, Terraform/IaC, SOC 2 or ISO 27001 is a plus
