A leading bank in Singapore is seeking an Assistant Product Manager for a 6-month contract to drive marketing initiatives for the Young Adults segment. The role focuses on planning and executing campus-based campaigns to promote mobile payment apps and card products. The ideal candidate will handle on-ground activations, monitor campaign performance, and engage with tertiary students.

Assistant Product Manager (Intermediate) – Marketing (Young Adults Segment)
Contract Role | Banking & Financial Services
Location: Singapore
Contract Duration: 6 Months (Maternity Covered)
Salary Range: $4,000 - $7,000
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, standard office hours
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate and execute marketing campaigns targeted at the Young Adults segment across tertiary institutions.
- Conceptualise and implement on-campus activities and engagement programmes to drive awareness, acquisition and usage of the bank's mobile payment app.
- Manage and execute promotional campaigns, including experiential marketing initiatives such as campus trails and roadshows.
- Support and participate in on-ground activations at campuses, events and roadshows.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure smooth campaign delivery.
- Track, analyse and report campaign performance, including acquisition, engagement and usage metrics.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends and emerging opportunities within the youth segment.
- Generate insights and recommendations to optimise campaign effectiveness and improve customer engagement.
- Ensure timely execution of marketing activities while adhering to internal governance and compliance requirements.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business or a related discipline.
- Prior experience in marketing, campus engagement or events is an advantage.
- Comfortable working on-site at campuses, events and roadshows.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage tertiary students.
- Good analytical skills, with the ability to track and report on campaign performance.
- Proactive, energetic and a strong team player who can work independently.
