IT Project Executive
Job Summary
The IT Project Executive assists Project Managers in planning, coordinating, and monitoring software and services projects. Responsibilities include client interaction, schedule coordination, project documentation, and first-level troubleshooting. Candidates should possess a relevant degree and 1-3 years of project coordination experience.
Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and coordinating project schedules, resources, and deliverables
- Monitor project timelines and report progress
- Prepare project documentation, reports, and meeting minutes
- Perform first level troubleshooting if required
Required Skills
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Engineering, or related field
- 1–3 years of project coordination experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Job Details
Assist Project Manager(s) in the following areas of work:
- Comfortable with front-facing responsibilities and interacting professionally with clients, stakeholders, and external partners.
- Assist in planning and coordinating project schedules, resources, and deliverables.
- Monitor project timelines and report on project progress.
- Identify project risks and escalate issues to the Project Manager when necessary
- Organize project meetings and follow up on action items
- Prepare project documentation, reports, meeting minutes, and presentations
- Perform first level troubleshooting if require
Requirement:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Engineering, Information System, Project Management, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of project coordination or administrative experience (entry-level roles may accept fresh graduates).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under deadlines.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, or Hybrid).
- Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle
