Job Summary

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of project management experience in semiconductor, electronics or contract manufacturing
  • Hands-on NPI or manufacturing project experience
  • Strong planning and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Work closely with customers and suppliers, keeping everyone aligned and resolving issues quickly. Ensure a smooth transition to production while driving quality, efficiency and continuous improvement Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Project Management or a related field. 5+ years of project management experience in semiconductor, electronics or contract manufacturing with hands-on NPI or manufacturing project experience, ideally involving new product introduction or production transfer. Strong planning and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-moving environment. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a good understanding of manufacturing processes and engineering changes.
